P327L : Mutation rate in yeast

The Saccharomyces cerevisiae pol3-P332L mutation mimicking human POLD1-P327L increases the mutation rate in MLH1-deficient haploid strains. In mismatch repair-proficient strains, it has minimal to no effect on the mutation rate, depending on the reporter gene used.
