Y801C : Mutation rate in yeast

The Saccharomyces cerevisiae pol3-Y808C mutation mimicking human POLD1-Y801C causes a minor increase in the mutation rate in MSH6-deficient strains. It has no mutator effect in mismatch repair-proficient strains.
